Trop Aquarium proudly offers FREE Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.

There are no hidden shipping fees for eligible orders. If any shipping restrictions apply to a particular product or destination, those restrictions will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PST), Monday–Saturday

Business Hours:

  • Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
  • Sunday: Closed

Orders placed before 3:00 PM(PST) on Monday through Saturday will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST), on Sundays, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Order processing begins after your payment has been successfully received and verified.

During peak shopping seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order experiences a significant processing delay, we will notify you by email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number when tracking information is available.

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available or update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address

Trop Aquarium is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost during transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

We will work with the shipping carrier as appropriate to assist in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact Trop Aquarium as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
